What we collect

On content pages: nothing that identifies you. If enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not fingerprint visitors; it gives us aggregate page counts, not individual visitor records. We set no cookies of our own and run no advertising or tracking technology.

On the waitlist form: your email address, the time you signed up, the page you signed up from, and the country inferred from your connection. Nothing else. This information is used only to contact you about TreatIBS, is never sold or shared with anyone, and is deleted on request.

Embedded content

  • YouTube players are loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. Once you interact with the player, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
  • TikTok embeds on story pages load TikTok’s embed script when the page opens. That script is subject to TikTok’s privacy policy and may collect information about your visit. If you prefer not to load it, do not open story pages that carry a TikTok embed; each such page is labelled.
  • Reddit posts are shown as links and quoted text, not as live embeds.

Hosting

TreatIBS is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection data (such as IP address) to serve the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not have access to individual visitor logs.

Your choices

To have your waitlist entry deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@treatibs.com from the address in question. We will confirm when it is done. We do not retain any other personal data to delete.

Children

TreatIBS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we will remove the entry.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and the date below will move.
